how big of a mistake will it be if i start lifting before i get lean?
i dropped from 95 to 70 last winter but gained 10 kg of fat during my summer job and im depressed cunt because of it and have no motivation to keep going.
ideally i would like to weigh 65-60 kg before i start lifting so i could see muscle definition faster and not have to cut with muscles. i think that it would be more miserable to try keep gains while cutting rather than just getting rid of fat with out having to worry about muscle loss.
im 183 cm tall and 27 years old with 1 year of combined experience of lifting from few years back.
pic rel didn't make it because he couldn't get lean and i don't want that to happen to me.

Only people who are overweight or obese should be focused on losing weight. Weighing 85 kilos at 180cm+ and posting this shit makes you sound like an insecure, irrational teenage girl. You should be lifting and trying to build muscle already, losing weight now with no training will see you lose some of what little muscle you already have and looking just as bad if not worse. Trying to build muscle under a calorie deficit or at maintenance is stupid, painful and slow unless you're a big fat fuck.
