I'm on reta. My sleep is slightly worse and my skin is slightly more sensitive. That is literally it for side effects. And I can't eat more than 1200 calories per day, with no effort or mental anguish on my part. It's also only costing me 70 quid per month. I'm not saying it's ideal, but it's way better than being obese, that's for sure.

I have a friend who takes ozempic. Always sharing in the groupchat pictures of fancy donuts or the massive calorie meal hes having with pints of beer.
