Many of my selections are due to space/equipment limitations and I'm aware that there are more optimal movements.

Purely based on what I have written down, is this routine at least decent and balanced?

Would think you have time for more movements. Seems sparse. Like 4 - 6 per session is more normal for an hour.

I used to do a lot more. In a nutshell I just am at a point in my life where I need to simplify my routine and do less for now. My workouts used to take at least an hour and a half and I was doing 6 different movements each workout. Besides the leg days, these workouts so far have taken about an hour.

Ok then not terrible. Maybe mix it up a bit more then to get more frequency. For example move hammy work to a day that you aren't deadlifting. Less upper lower and more full body if that makes sense. Spread out things that hit similar muscle groups on different days to get more out of them. Like your press day break that up across your days ya know.

Switch from dumbbell floor press to close grip bench press unless you have very heavy dumbbells. Either way get off the floor so you can get a more full ROM.

Add in rear Delt work somewhere too.

Any reason why you prefer a box squat? I stick with normal to go below parallel but that's just my preference.

For your curls, do seated at an incline for more bang for your buck.

If possible I would arrange it so that you do not go right from bench press into OHP, maybe work one into a different day if possible.

Also don't take a rest day if you don't feel you need it. Lift whenever you are ready willing and able because life will get in the way.
