Dumbbell Chest Flys with 5lbs for sets of 30.
Blood flow to the tendons is key.
Increase the weight as you're condition improves.

I tuck my elbows slightly, I feel slight pain by collarbone. No bruising on chest or bicep. Just some minor pain in that area, like it stems from my lower neck, and the pinch is by collarbone.
I did have a rotator cuff injury 5 years ago, so Im very careful about shoulders during all exercises.
