Anything I should add? I’m trying to prioritize overall health and brain health. Early 30’s male.
>>
I can't even guess what you "need" here because what are you supplementing? FOOD should be your primary source of nutrition here Anon, not peels... tell us your diet

>nigga taking googa gingong extract
what even is half of this shit im actually curious. all you really need is vit D if you don't get enough sun exposure or omega 3s if you don't eat enough fish. how much fuckin money are you spending on supps a month?
>>
>>76747477
I eat steaks and chicken and rice and potatoes and fruits and sometimes salads and occasionally cooked vegetables. Sometimes I like goyslop like hot dogs (only beef) and fast food burgers. I almost never eat fish. Eggs occasionally but not often enough to not need the Choline.

Some of these things, like NAC, Gaba, Ginkgo are not typically found in food. My diet is pretty typical I feel like
>>
>>76747488
Ginkgo Biloba is used for memory support and is also a mild stimulant. It's a plant extract I think
>>
How about having supplemental money by not buying too many health supplements.

I've got Vitamins D and B12, Zinc, Calcium Citrate, and Cod Liver Oil.
>>
Methylene Blue
>>
>>76747450
Most of this shit is useless or barely bioactive or cancels each other out
>>
>>76747514
I take GABA at night and Ginkgo before work. Could you elaborate? Are you referring to GABA potentially not passing the blood brain barrier?

why supplement copper
>>
>>76747544
50mg of zinc can cause copper deficiency so it's recommended to supplement it.
>>
>>76747450
supplements are completely unnecessary
if you eat the right food

they are just a waste of money
>>
i don't take supplements
they are fucking placebos
>>
>>76747527
You could be consiming turmeric itself, liver and fish and the fruits and vegetables yet you choose to be a moron low iq consoomer and buy cap form "minerals" in their least bioavailable processed forms
>>
>>76747501
I wouldn't want memory support. Too many bad memories.
>>
>>76747512
What does it do?
>>
>>76747588
It’s just convenient. Why are you so mad? The $100 or whatever these cost isn’t breaking my bank. I already said I rarely eat fish and why the fuck would I rather eat liver than just take a pill. I already said I eat fruits and vegetables, too.
I’m asking for advice, not an angry tirade from some destitute NEET

2/10 honestly. Only creatine is acceptable
Just eat healthy. Don't drown on pills unless you have a innate deficiency(some people can't absorb iron properly for example)
>>
>>76747702
Fish oil is fine if you're roiding.

Useless if not

Tried adding more vit c, looks like 1.5g a day (3 caps staggered) gave me mega fatigue making me sleepy all day, this is like after a week taking the dosage and I think the b6 in life extension multi gave me referred pain in my top molar gums, luckily I found some trigger point massage to relax the muscle involved, but it was crazy painful before I found the cause, shit I was taking half the dose too. Gotta stop the multi for now and just taking the vit c 500mg (its codeage liposamal vit c)
>>
>>76748307
Try 2x 500mg water soluble vit c with timed realease and 1x 500mg of liposomal daily. Cheaper, will provide benefits throughout whole day and might not have adverse effects on you. At least thats what I do, doubling the dose when I feel Im getting cold or something or outright going to doctor to give me 10g iv (20€ here).

>>76747943
true, can be cost prohibitive if you want to get your tests done at least once a month
>>
>>76748331
Used buffered vit c (california gold) before, doesnt seem to do anything. Next step gonna be those vit c liquid in capsule or just liquid. Or try those acerola or camu camu based vit c, they seem to be the rage now.

Lol, doctor here, in my medical opinion youre a fucking cunt OP. I literally diagnosed a man in his 30's with hodgkins last week and he tried to tell me about his stack. So I told him about his new stack chemotherapy.

It just makes for expensive piss. The only supplement that is actually worth while is pre-workout, and that is simply for the caffeine, and B12 actually, if youre on fin or min, as being deficient actually makes a qualitative difference.

This is why I stack a whole fuck-ton of OTC chemos; even healthy people do just randomly get cancer.
>>
>>76747450
>GABA
Does it do anything for you? Seems pointless unless you get an acute relaxation buff, which most people don't because this stuff doesn't efficiently pass the BBB.
>Turmeric
Looks like a very cheap formulation. Honestly I'd skip this one entirely unless you're okay with putting more money and research into it; there are better antioxidants available with fewer caveats. I'd prefer spirulina and/or chlorella for general health.
>Choline
That looks to be bitartrate or another poorly-utilized form; consider CDP-choline if you want to keep taking this sort of supplement. It also provides some uridine, making for a nice synergy with fish oil.
>Anything I should add?
Consider glycine if you already like NAC; maybe taurine too. Most of the things in your stack are fine enough compounds but in very cheap and sometimes questionable versions (why the gummies?), and it's hard to say how much they actually do.
>overall health and brain health
There are some very cool nootropics nowadays but that's it's own world. Another anon mentioned methylene blue, and that might be worth trying- it's cheap and well-studied and potentially does lots of good things. If you can find Khavinson peptides like pinealon or epitalon at a reasonable price, those are fabulous.
GL out there OP, and don't forget to focus on diet and lifestyle as well.

That fish pips oxidized, get sardines comes with 3g creatine prer serving and more less oxidized omega 3. Hot sauce sardines preserves omega more. Eat eggs for variety of stuff, cocktail olives and mixed berries for good antioxident variet
