I go to the lifetime fitness in westchester and there are a lot of /fit/ people. I've seen plenty of guys bench 3pl8 and with visible abs

>>76747572There's a house couple walks down my street, open blinds 24/7 for some reason so you can see into the house whenever, there's this huge piano and I'd sometimes see some chick playing it whenever I drove past, anyway one time I see her doing a morning walk or something while I was coming home from nightshift and she had seriously chiselled calves and pretty big thighs relative to her body, like huge and defined calves, whats surprising is she isn't even short or asian I think. Whatever shit she's doing is doing the fucking job

I even managed to train with Joesthetics, rip brother, a few years ago when he's checking out various local gyms in Pattaya. Plenty of roidheads here in general because gear is OTC.
