Literally impossible
>>
what's the point of getting abs if you're norwood 7?

It's fucking retarded that this is being pushed as a workout to build ab strength, when this is only possible to do if you ALREADY have your core built up.

You start with your knees on the ground. Feet on the ground is the one you need strong abs for. But then again, you have to have a relatively strong back to do pull ups, yet it's still a good exercise to build more strength in spite of that.
>>
I don't get this shit when I do it I feel it like almost 100% in my arms and shoulders zero ab activation or DOMs

>whats the point of being healthy if I can't get any pussy?!?!?!??!
This kind of desperation is pathetic and women can smell it entire city blocks away.

I wish going bald would mean zero bitches consider you as a male, life would be easier for baldies
>>

You're allowed to think a little about how to make it easier for yourself and create variations. You realize that right? I'm not seeing enough to do it on flat ground so I started off from standing and leaning towards a wall. You just make the angle more shallow for more resistance.

I do these on my knees all the time. never even considered trying a standing one. did it the other day. failed but I wasn't a mile off. way closer than I was expecting.
