You would need to have the same men go from that 45 plus all the way down to five in the same lighting with the same amount of body hair to give you an accurate picture.

Measure height, neck, waist (at navel), age, and plug into a calculator. Won't be 100% accurate but will likely give you ballpark within 2-5% unless you're some sort of extreme genetic outlier.
