does russell brand have a good physique here? nice adonis belt not a lot of definition at all. Hench shoulders though, very lean. He looks better pale than the aged and brown right wing grifter he is now
>>
if he was poor he'd be considered a homeless crackhead, the illusion of power or money makes him look "good"

its a good physique for a middle-aged lanklet. Unfortunately we all saw his micropenis.
>>
He doesn't need wealth or a good physique he is richer now through Christ.
>>

he looks like me with long black hair and smaller legs and i shoot heroin
>>

I remember him saying he struggled with anorexia. I probably would too if I had wide hips.

no

That's retarded. If you have wide hips, you need to built big lats, delts and possibly obliques depending on your preferred aesthetics. Getting skinny just makes the hips look more prominent.

Good? Not really. But better than many, solely by virtue of not being obese
>>
>wide hips
>wide shoulders
>narrow bones
What is the purpose of this build
>>
>>76748971
He looks like one of those roman or greek statues of some twink walking in a garden.
