Don't go too heavy. Probably best to keep these to 7-8 reps or above so you don't inflame your elbows or sternum.

I’m noob DYEL but I did unassisted dips for the first time today, did a set of 8 then 12 then 10. Previously did them assisted at the end of my workout but all the benches were taken today so I started with them instead of doing bench press. Felt good.

based, fuck anti dip wimps, you should also do heavy skull crushers as well in a 5-6 rep range, blows up the tris, although I find I have to alternate between either heavy skull crushers or heavy dips as there isn't enough left in the tank doing heavy on both in one session.
