Shit for training the pecs. Stop arching. Start using a flat back. Keep your ribs down and contract your abs to stabilize. Allow protraction of the shoulder instead of just locking it in place. You'll have to drop weight at first. But you'll end up loading the pecs better while minimizing all the back, connective tissue, legs, etc from the lift.
