How do I achieve this physique at 6'3

I'm 6'4" 220 lbs and people guess I'm 180-190. When I was 170 lbs 4 years ago people thought I was 150-160.

In order to look big at 6'3" you need 250-260 lbs. You must eat twice the normal amount of a human. I consume 4,800 calories daily and it amounts to .5 lbs every 2 weeks.

I eat so much I get sick sometimes. I only just escaped DYEL and I hit 2/3/4/5 this year.

Body dysmorphia has me legitimately feeling smaller than when I was 170 which helps with my motivation.

I’m an obese 6’3” 270 lber and normies just thought I was a really strong at my last summer job. Granted I was stronger than most of them but there was one actual 6’4” college athlete who I could tell was way more fit and strong than I was but people just didn’t comment about him the same way, probably 210-220 lbs. It’s like he and I both knew the secret and he would silently seethe over it but what the fuck am I supposed to do about it, it’s normies.

he just wore tight shirts+tank tops and was relatively vascular and broad shouldered

I don't do OHP on my bench day because the second one is ruined. I like to OHP heavy (155x10, 175x8, 195x6). My shoulders are huge from it. Literally the best part of my body, I genuinely don't need any other shoulder workouts they almost look comical in my shirt like 2 rocks. I take the big 4 VERY seriously it used to be the only things I did for the first year before I decided arms and calves need extra attention.

I don't do carido but I do walk my dog 2+ miles daily, rain sleet or shine. I'm trying to put on 20 lbs more and it's hard so cardio really fucks me
