Eat about 500-1000 less calories than your TDEE.
Buy scales, be accurate.
Learn to cook. Try to stick to lean protein and green vegetables.
Eat a lot of protein. 1g per lb of goal lean body mass.
Doing cardio, even just walking, will improve your health. There is no such thing as a healthy fat heart, but you can offset the risks.
Lifting weights will keep and gain muscle mass and burn fat much quicker. No lifting results in the body burning away muscle AND fat.
Drink more water.

There's not much research behind it, but from what I understand cooking meat destroys a considerable portion of the nutrients available in it. Not all, not even the majority, but a significant amount. In exchange it also destroys pathogens and makes the protein more digestible. If you're eating a carnivore diet the amount of protein doesn't matter as much because you'll be getting so much protein your body won't be able to use it all for key functions (muscle building, etc.). Most meat is fine to eat raw (I wouldn't try pork) as long as you get it relatively fresh from a good market.

So with raw meat:

It's extremely gay because I still have to count every calorie and do 10k steps. Literally the only difference is that I'm eating more.
But there is something that is far more gay: poorly executing a consistent diet because of fatigue. I've lost 100 pounds already. I'm at least 30 pounds overweight, more likely 40 or even 50. To lose those it'll take me another 10 months to a year. Taking a 2 week break isn't a problem.

This is what I do and it works very well. If I have junk food sitting around in the house I will eat it, so I just don't have anything like that sitting around (or only buy something small that works calories wise on the day I intend to eat it).

So usually with food the only stuff I have around are things which I have to cook/prepare a fair bit to enjoy or pretty plain non-calorie dense food like raw fruit and veges. That way laziness takes over and you just don't bother overeating as you'd have to spend ~30 minutes making something first to really do it.

My diet has changed heaps over the past few months. Started eating all the traditional meme diet foods, but over the course of tracking macros and researching foods I think I am eating more normally again, but a feeling a lot healthier, especially when it comes to digestion. I am eating more oats, fruits and grains like I ate when growing up when I actually wasnt a fat fuck. I have more energy and shitting normally again. Still eat meat every day and have added a probiotic each morning which I really believe helps when your fucking around with different foods. One of the more unconvential things I have added is a glass of coke (250ml) with dinner, Im not sure yet, but feels like it helps with digestion, just something I am trying. I was about 200 pounds in this picture. I'm currently 183.8. it's not a troll post. I cut the weight by eating only beef, eggs, seafood, butter, and cheese. I usually do one meal a day and that is one raw ribeye steak approximately 16 ounces with 4-5 eggs, whites cooked yolks raw, and 1 tablespoon of butter. I do not eat vegetables due to anti-nutrients. I do not eat fruit because it is fructose. I do not consume sugar, not even milk which has lactose which is sugar. Any sugar intake spikes insulin and damages your kidneys. I am essentially zero carb. I miss junk food but I love my body. I'm trying to get to 175 so I have about 9 pounds to go until I'm about 10-12% body fat. neck is kind of rough you can do the bare bones method and lie on a bench with your head hanging off the edge and hold a plate to your head and tilt it up and down, make sure you do both flexion and extension. lateral flexion is also good but you can build it in to the routine later if you like working neck. also dont go fast with neck exercises you'll strain it, slow controlled movements. theres also like neck bridges bodyweight stuff, im sure there is some progression to build up to it, but that might be a disaster depending on how fat/uncoordinated you are

I used to work at a PF and it depends on the staff. I worked over nights, I loved it, just the pay wasn't good. I would blast the lunk alarm at 2am to scare anyone there. Probably my 2nd favorite job ever, and I was loved by the memebers who came in as they knew I didn't care if they lifted heavy just dont be annoying about it. 5 am the strippers came in. The boss would ask me to also work mornings to help cover and she basically wouldn't let me do any work and just wanted to talk about Game of Thrones.
