A handful of this shit is like 7 grams of protein and has a shit ton of zinc to boost your test

I got some the other day on the advice of Big Halloween
tried them just now in response to your post
>tastes like ... french fries?
motherfuckers added canola oil to it.
>>
halloween's coming up, if you carve pumpkins save the guts and rinse the goop off the seeds. olive oil + seasonings of choice + baking tray in the oven = free delicious gainz
>>
>>76754235
I have 3 pumpkins worth of seed on my counter
I'm going to process them eventually, next week maybe
>>
Eating seeds is a pasttime activity
>>
>>76754233
I got slop oil on mine too. Not sure why they force that into everything
>>

>Antinutrients that block absorption of zinc and calcium, can form kidney stones if eaten in quantity
>"I-I will roast and sprout them that reduces phytases somewhat r-right chatgpt?"
>Already high P-Ca ratio goes through the roof, osteoporosis city here we come.
Unironically one of the worst traps in nutrition
>>
>>76754453
>Antinutrients
another schizo belief that originated from one health quack grifter.
(You) don't possess any secret knowledge you're just gullible.
>>
idk about you guys but every time i eat pumpkin seeds specifically i get an insane migraine maybe im allergic or something
>>
>>76754453

higher phosphorus than calcium in diet is a signal for the parathyroid to release bone calcium to the bloodstream.

Last time I ate these I got the worst nausea I ever experienced short of actually throwing up. Same thing often happens with food fried in vegetable oils. Always around 6 hours after eating, right around the time food is supposed to leave my stomach. I think I might have gallstones or something.
>>
>>76754946
Yeah what does that have to do with pumpkin seeds?
>>
>>76754971
?
>>
>>76754209
I eat them but they taste horrible.
>>
They also contain 5alpha reductase inhibitors in high quabtities. So say goodbie to your dht.
>>
>>76754988
Your original post dude
>>

Oh no those seeds castrated me!!! Not my favorite most masculine balding hormone dht!!!
>>
>>76754209
Of which only 2g is absorbable and has shitty amino acid profile
>>
>>76755112
Check pumpkin seed micronutrients.

Meat has phosphorus too? What if you eat them with greek yogurt? Should be good no?
>>
>>76755053
Is that good? /fit/ said that dht makes you bald.
>>
good shit
>>
How do you eat them?
>>
>>76755793
Bake them into bread

When you Bake them, all 7g of protein becomes absorbable, the 5alpha reductase inhibitors get reduced, the P-Ca ratio lowers to the ideal amount, the antinutrients that block zinc and calcium actually reverse and DESTROY kidney stones, and most importantly the Sneed oils invert and instead of making you weak and gay they actually make you more anti-semitic and more alert to jewish tricks. So I don't get what everyone ITT is bitching about.
>>
>>76755241
Dairy is high in phosphorus as well. Not to that extend tho
>>
>>76756193
Baking bread is too much effort. I could only buy a bread from supermarket.
>>
>>76755793
from a pumpkin? roast them on a fry pan at medium heat. when they start to look a little toasty dump a couple spoonfuls of salted broth or wet soup bouillon. turn the heat off and let the salty broth dry on the seeds
>>
>>76754209
they taste disgusting but I will still eat them
>>
>>76754209
I eat these year round on my porridge, along with sunflower seeds and brazil nuts. Up your game

Test C injected twice a week, thats what.
>>
>>76757006
A lot of protein.
>>
>>76756193
>just dump high fat foods into a slurry of carbs to get 7g of protein
>>
>>76758118
.barely 5g of protein is "a lot"
>>
>>76758337
5g? Maybe in one tablespoon. If you eat more it's huge amount of protein.
>>
>>76758536
Its not so
>>
>>76758619
it's 30 grams of protein per 100g of pumpkin seeds.
It's HUGE
>>
>>76758894
Its not. Its 24 grams, per FIVE HUNDRED AND SIXY FIVE CALORIES, and nearly half isn't even bioavailable.
>>
>>76758118

>>
>>76758894
This is why counting food per 100 grams is stupid.
>>
>>76754209
When did /fit/ start liking seeds? Is this another /pol/ psyop?
>>
>>76759239
Sneed oil paranoia / carnivore / cholesterol denialism are all /pol/ pysops actually.
Each originates with a particular health grifter and have been picked up by migatards since.

Dumb and evil, unhealthy.
>>
>>76754209
I don't eat too much of the pumpkin itself for the amount of seeds I'm aiming for so I leave a lot of it as jack o lanterns for halloween week and for the local wildlife to chew on
>>
>>76758337
its fair to call it a high protein food

>>76760251
I have bags of diced pumpkin in the freezer so it can last after pumpkin season. i just really like pumpkin
