you can buy lactose-free milk and use peanut butter, which is really calorically dense
you could make the base out of a milkshake there if you mix it with some ice
i dont think theres a problem buying protein powder online, i dont use it, but i dont think it should be an issue

I am thinking of dirty bulking to 100kg and then cutting hard going full retard with paleo/keto/carnivore diet down to whatever it takes to see abs in my belly. The only thing stopping me is my appetite issue and my fear of loose skin.
My T levels aren't too great but they aren't bad either, it's slightly above 400 whatever-measurement which is in the range of decent levels from what I read.
