Roast my tattoo idea:Whenever I'm tempted to do something that goes against my goals (like binging on a cut), I have this phrase in my head: "Don't betray yourself".I like the idea that giving in to bad habits is a betrayal of my "past self" because I was counting on "future me" to follow the plan.I'm considering tattooing this in small text on my forearm, right below my left hand, where I can always see it.
