Caption says it. Had testicular cancer and am for the most part healed. My body is completely fucked up in terms of physical strength. I can't lift anything heavier than 10kg, feel geniunely exhausted after walking 500ish meters, am barely capable of running. In short: I have hit rock bottom in terms of ability. Plus I have less Testosterone now (doctor said that in the long run I should return to old levels though)I'm not a defeatist pussy though and still wanna be a strong man. Any anons here who had a similar experience or who are like doctors or something, know how I should proceed in building strength? I think ">read the sticky" doesn't apply in my case Stats1.7378 kgIncase it matters
>testicular canceranother lost for the butthole sunbathers?
>>76755901No. It was genetic. Shit genes basically desu. Had one ball removed. I never did something like that and I generally avoided Alcohol and cigarettes too.
youve gotten a fake ball yet or still single swinging it?>hit rock bottom>proceed in building strengthyou dont proceed. you start from scratch.Just do what you want, be persistent with it and you'll see results.
>>76755967Got a fake ball desu ne.>you dont proceed. you start from scratch.I see. It's gotta be a nightmare then
>>76755985>a nightmarehonestly not. Do anything and you'll see results. Well its embarrassing to use low weights or being unfit. but that changes quick
get your doctor to prescribe you testosterone
SS + GOMAD
>>76755872If you are in a country with proper healthcare, you should be able to parlay your testicular cancer to get a physio to get you started on your rehab. If you want to do barbell training, I would pay for PT to teach you how to squat/deadlift/bench because I didn't, and injured myself trying to SS + GOMAD, right now I am just doing a basic machine circuit as they are safer. Also, I would recommend you to quit Zenless Zone Zero for free gains, as I was finally able to do regular push-ups right after doing so.
