>>76756544Idk how many sets or reps i do but it's usually like 15-20 reps and each set is always too failure, minimum 4 sets but I just zone out and go as long as i can>Chest fly machine for like 190lbs >chest press machine 55lbs>dip machine 70lbs one arm>Tricep extension machine 50lbs one arm>5km on elliptical (30 minutes)

Yesterday did OHP - 5x5 30kgJust started training it and enjoying it alot.Did weighted dips too 3x8 30kg.Today will do weighted pullups, also 30kg.Slowly working up the numbers after a few months of only doing bodyweight pullups and dips.
Prolly ganna go with>barbell curl>reverse barbell curl>hammer curls>assisted dumbell curls>weighed decline sit ups >leg raises

Arm DayWarmup2x16 Lat Raises 25lb dumbells2x15 Hammer Curls same2x9 Zottman Curls same5 sets of alternating arm bicep curls with 45lb dumbells, reps:6,5,5,4,3 (to failure)2 sets of double arm bicep curls at 35 lbs 8 and 7 reps, then 5 reps for a set of alternating arm.Then 1 set of bicep curls at 25 lbs, 14 reps.Home gym so all I got is dumbells.
