What is the best exercise to strengthen my erector spinae? I want to walk up to people and tell them I'm extremely erect (children, old women, et cetera). But I don't feel like I have the right to do this till I have strengthened my erector spinae muscles.Can anyone help me get erect?

>>76758326Yes, the range of motion worked is very different, especially on the hamstrings. Try some light jefferson curls sometime and you'll feel what I mean, just be sure to lock your knees out during the entire movement so you can really feel the hamstring action.
