What tips do you recommend for fitness if I have sit at a desk all day?
Is it better to stand?

Any stretches? I don’t really move around that much and end up sitting for hours on end at my desk

Get outside for a walk every 2ish hours. I do one in the morning, one at lunch and one in the afternoon

the key is to not stay in any one position for too long.
>adjustable sit/stand desk
>going for a short walk every couple hours >alternating sitting in different chairs/spots

stand if you can (i personally can't stand while working)

Do dead-hangs every time you go gym. 10-15 seconds between every single set.

While resting, stand instead of sitting on the bench
