Eat about 500-1000 less calories than your TDEE.
Buy scales, be accurate.

Doing cardio, even just walking, will improve your health. There is no such thing as a healthy fat heart, but you can offset the risks.
Lifting weights will keep and gain muscle mass and burn fat much quicker. No lifting results in the body burning away muscle AND fat.
Drink more water.

when you lift, you should feel the target muscles contracting. if you can't, lower the weight until you can. the lift isn't to get the weight from point A to point B but to feel the muscle squeeze.
take 6 seconds to do each rep to feel and focus on the contraction.
i'm telling you all this because i discovered i have no mind-muscle connection with my front delt when i stalled at 55lbs dumbbell overhead press for 2 years.
i can do 20lbs strict side raise for reps but can barely do 3 reps of front raise with 10lbs.

I have been trying to lose weight for at least 3 years now, 21, No father figure that taught me discipline, Last year I managed to go from 130kg to 113kg (that's 286lbs to 250lbs) fasting.
Still I realise that most of my free time is binging on bad habits like videogames, porn and junk food, due to my studies I managed to control my videogame addition but every day I eat at least some junk food and in the weekends I usually binge like a fucking monster spending +30€ of neetbux in slop.
I can't bring myself to do useful stuff around the house, even cleaning is hard for me. How could I get off my bad habits? I have the usual addict mentality of "this will be my last time" and then I fuck it up again, everytime.
I know I need to create new habits to replace the old harmful ones but as soon as I get comfortable I immediatelly indulge in hentai or junk food.
I am at a dead end here, I want to recover myself while i'm still young, also I planned on doing millitary service after losing weight to discipline myself one way or the other. Any help appreciated.

Making chicken soup out of whole chicken is an option. That way you're really not wasting anything since the bones make the broth more flavorful. Boiling it raw is fine as long as you use broth and not water (it'll leach the flavor otherwise), then take it out afterwards and shred it. That way it'll basically taste the same as everything else in the soup. For maximum taste points though, quarter the chicken and then broil in the oven until brown and then scrape everything including the browned bits back into the soup.
