I try to do this and reheating my food it never quite tastes right, it’s dry and hard. Immediately after cooking it’s edible and tastes great even. Idk what I’m doing wrong. Even if this is only half a week of meals it’s the same shit, past one day and it becomes hard to eat and tastes like shit.

Not the OP, but this would be good from the fridge for 3 days, maybe 4 if you're pushing it. You can freeze stuff like this for 2-3 months though without it going bad. If you know you'll be eating it tomorrow, just take it out of the freezer and pop it into the fridge the night before.

Meal prep is one of the best skills to learn for anyone, I don't know why it isn't taught in schools. It saves you so much time and money you'll wonder how you ever spent $20 on a door dash sandwich back in the day
