The only lift my body really responds to is curls. My boss told me today my arms look like legs, which is cool but the rest of my body looks like utter shit. I spammed weighted pull-ups and dips for two years yet I suck at them and barely progress.

I look like that skinnyfat guy who keeps posting his alien body and saying it's over, except I have meaty arms. Please help

What have you actually tried besides dips and pullups? What frequency and volume did you hit those? Do you train your biceps closer to failure than the rest of your body? How often did you do curls? Have you tried training the rest of your body with the same parameters that grew your biceps? You gotta give some kind of context dude
