Don't make the number the goal. You'll just get a phone full of numbers of girls that don't respond.

Dawg don't worry about what you should have done or think you did something wrong. What you did is fine, just put yourself out there and get the reps in. Not every interaction is going to go your way but honestly what you did so far is very neutral and beneficial. Thinking and asseing what you need to say/do for next time is good, but don't get lost in the weeds either. The goal should be to work on your interactions. Think of it like lifting, when you first started lifting you got crushed under the 135 bench and looked like a goober. That's what's happening now. But after 100s of reps and consistent work you turn into a sick fuck that can rep 225 ez. Don't worry about being crushed under the conversation/interaction at first, just keep grinding big dawg and eventually you'll see progress dude. You should cold approach girls who seem to be interested in you. A girl in a public trabsit contantlt glanging at you, a weitress that treats you better than any other client, a gym girl that trans near you or stretched in your view and smiles whenever notices you watching her, etc.
If her phone is more interesting than you, then she will rather watch tiktok than go on a date with you. It's a lost cause.
You still should approach that kind of girls knowing ij advance it will fail. It will teach you how to approach and reduce your anxiety whenever a real opportunity arises. When I started cold approach I would go for above 9/10 models. Most guys are afraid to hit on them, so they will take it as a compliment at a bare minimum, even if they aren't interested at all.
