>Is more addictive than heroin
>blocks your path
>>76761331Coke taste better but here pepsi is infinitely cheaper, you can usually get a pack of 6 bottles of 1.5L for 3.5-4 €, And at least once per month you find some at 2.5 € for the 6 bottles
Soda hydrates and is better for you in some athletic situations:Sedentary: might as well be cyanide Intense race pace cardio: your body will demand waterLower intensity lifting cardio etc: sweet spot lol it’s the reason they give orange slices to kids at soccer games.
>>76761351Least retarded ESL
>>76761354When you write things for a 75iq audience like 4chan is now you have to dumb things down
This runners gel shit might as well be soda.Remember, coke was invented by a literal confederate civil war veteran. It’s the least goyslop thing there is.
Sugar are carbsThe difference between carbs in bread and carbs from sugar is the immediate bioavailability of sugar especially when it’s in liquid form.Bread will sit in your stomach and slowly be digested over the course of several hours. The more complex the bread is and less refined the slower that process will be. Think of whole wheat bread like a block of wood and soda as gasoline. Sugar, especially dissolved sugar, hits the metabolism right away because it’s so easy to digest. If you are a fat lazy piece of shit and have no metabolic need for sugar it will have nowhere to go but your fat ass. If you have just been raw dogging the gym twink running a mile as fast as you can, then your body needs carbs sugar salts immediately to help recover. Which brings me to water. I haven’t seen a study on this, but I’m pretty sure it works like this. For super intense cardio where you burn a lot of fat for energy, the nutrients that are in soda etc are already released from your fat stores into your blood stream. In that situation soda seems gross and it’s best to drink water to help move the nutrients that have already been released and to replenish.
If you have constant cravings for something it usually means your body genuinely needs whatever nutrients are in that thing and you should do some thinking about why your body seems to be calling for carbs/sugar fats protein antioxidants hydration etc. if it’s because you are sad about your boyfriend being mean and it reminds you of daddy so you eat ice cream, your probably better off eating some therapy in that situation.
>>76761416>Hey maybe you really need this crack, you crave it, there is probably a reason for this no???
>>76761427Crack is not a naturally occurring vital substance. I’ve also actually essentially been a drug addict with weed and alcohol in college. If you don’t use drugs as an emotional crutch and take care of everything else in your life you can do them all the fucking time. You’ll say “just look at crackheads!” Those are guys who eat 500 calories a day drink 5oz of water neglect sleep and live in garbage piles. What DARE doesn’t tell you is that there are tons of functional drug addicts out there addicted to the worst stuff. Just because you crashed a car at 175mph doesn’t mean everyone else is a shitty driver too.
>>76761327Yeah so what, it has no calories AND it can't hurt me, AND IT TASTED GOOD!!!
>>76761472The thing about pro athletes all eating lean chicken and broccoli for every meal is either a lie or represents psychos like LeBron and Brady. Most pro athletes eat tons of shit. You can’t fuel daily 4 hour gym sessions and 6 hour practices off lentils.
>>76761371This post made me a unionist
>>76761456You think coca cola is a naturally occurring vital substance?
>>76761481It’s literally just sugar water. Despite what the preacher tells you at the tabernacle there isn’t much difference between fruit juice and soda.
>>76761485Crack is just dried leaves mixed with water and bi-carb soda.
>>76761327it's literally nothingburger, you just convinced yourself it tastes good
>>7676159830-70% of the average crack rock is cutting agents baking soda etc
>>76761472>AND it can't hurt meit hurts your teeth and kidneys
>>76761456marijuana isn't a drug. it's less addictive than coffee. alcohol on the other hand is worse than most drugs.
>>76761327Just because it's use is more prevalent, that doesn't make it more addictive. Take it from someone who was hooked holding a significantly weaker opiate. You think anyone's sucking cheese dick for Coca Cola? Nah.
>>76763184Marijuana is a drug. Caffeine is a drug. I’ve seen marijuana make people fucking losers who literally ending up in rehab for it. Alcohol is bad but its saving grace is that you “pay the price,” quickly due to hangovers. Hard drugs are dangerous because you start using them and find you can easily keep using them. You start to think people were lying to you because narcotics are so great. Then after a while you run out and can’t function without blow or you’re too sick to function because of heroin. I’m not saying booze can’t be physically addictive, but you’re wayyyyy far down the rabbit hole if you get to that point.
>>76763264Marijuana isn't addictive. If weed folks you up you're a vagina
>>76763323You're a fucking retard who probably has either never touched weed or you haven't had it in decades. The strength of stuff available now, edibles, dabs, etc. There's new research out that even shows there is a physical withdrawl, especially if you're a chronic smoker. You've been fed bullshit, taking info from studies funded by the people that stand to make a profit from weeds legalization. It's just like wheb big tobacco paid off a bunch of doctors to say smoking was safe. History repeating itself. Have you ever associated with stoners? Seen what they're like when they're sober? It 100% is addictive and causes schizophrenia to boot.
>>76761327>can quit cold turkey without withdrawal symptoms and go weeks without itNo problem. I'll crack one in celebration of my streak.
>>76763184>less addictive than coffeequit thenoh, you wont, because you "enjoy it too much?"
