I would always go with whole sources first. Sardines seem iffy though sure they have the macros but if they've been canned that shit is toasted. Get some fresh fish salmon 110g 3 times a week or more should do it. And for fuck sake eat the skin.

Well anti-inflammatory diet in general may help eczema, so it's possible fish oil could contribute. For anti-inflammatory benefits of omega-3, you do have to take a shitload, so that tracks. 2000 to 3000 mg of DHA + EPA daily, which is nearly 10 times the normally recommended amount for an adult.
This is all conjecture on my part though. But it's not harmful for you to try, except for possibly your wallet.
