I did a 10 week cycle of 300mg of testosterone then did no PCT. I literally felt no difference after going off roids, no loss in energy, mood, libido, etc. 5 weeks post cycle I did a test and everything is completely back to normal, but I suspect it was fine even a few weeks ago. Is PCT a meme?
>>
yeah idk I blasted 500mg for 6 months on my first cycle at the start of this year, came off without pct, and was fine
the only difference I noticed I had to go from 7 days/week to 5 days/week to keep recovering properly, that's it
>>
folklore in bodybuilding is the hairier you are the less pct you need

Did you keep most of your gains and are you planning to do another cycle? I'm thinking of doing another one in a month or two.

huh, I do kinda have hairy back/ass/shoulders

most-ish, obviously I lost a bit of size because less water/glycogen retention and a bit of strength but the gains I kept after the "loss" I was still ahead of what I would have made naturally in that time for sure looking at how my progress slowed down after 4 years

I'm not hairy at all, but tbf my cycle was pretty light.
