I now understand why so many people claim their garbage routine works for them and or doesn't cause them issues with joints or tendons, etcIt's so obvious.....the reason is because....Everyone saying this is a DYEL so anything works for them and they only lift weights for 1-3 months before quitting, and thus resetting their gains again for the next time they get back into lifting 6-12 months late...This also explains why they haven't experienced joint and tendon issues on their retarded routines, its because they don't lift for long enough of a time for that stuff to kick in, they quit lifting (again, within 1-3 months) and thus never get to the stage where their joints and tendons start to become impacted by the retarded methodsYou can pretty much sum up every single reason why people don't realize why their routine is dog shit for whatever reason, whether its the fact it'll cause an overuse injury, or simply not give them gains in the long-term, because they never get to the stage where they would actually experience the reason why their routine is shit>TLDR: DYEL's think they know how stuff works because they only lift for 1-3 months months out of the year and quit for the following 9-12 months, thus resetting their noob-gains phase, and are never training long enough to develop joint issues which their dog shit routines would eventually give them.

I used to do full body thrice a week and some isolation twice a week, 5 days a week total, and I couldn't keep it up for long, now I do PPL with same lifts spread out over entire week, basically, I cut my total full body volume down to 45%.I vary my sets, and only do 2 if I'm feeling lazy, 4 if I'm pushing for a new PR, anyone who can recover faster than that is some DYEL lifting 2pl8 or a roidtranny.
