I finished my first week and can safely say it gets easier after the initial day. I almost died the first day into this program. I recommend it to anyone who wants to challenge themselves. I’ve hit volume I didn’t think possible.

Am I sore? Yes. Am I eating a fuck tonne? Yes. Do I look pumped? Yes.

Is that in kilos or pounds?

Kg, I’m lifting low to start with to get used to the volume

Are you supposed to up the weight every week or only after the reset at the end of week 3 or whatever it says?

It alternates between medium 1st week, low 2nd week, high 3rd week, then repeats this pattern in 4-6 weeks

Okay, so if during week one you use 70% of your training max on a certain exercise, that would be the same weight (70% TM) that you would use on that exercise for weeks 2 and 3? Is that right?
