How do normies get so fat so casually? Normies be like i went from 210 to 390 pounds in a year, maybe i need to start working out to lose weight
What the fuck
yet people here are struggling to bulk to 190 pounds from 160 pounds
what the hell
what do normies eat and drink to get so fat?
>>
>>76766935
You don't get to call yourself a normie if you're 390 fucking pounds.
>>
Why do amerisharts always make everything into tribalistic two-sided black and white separations
It's never separate classifications with slight nuance, always "ooga booga us vs them"
>>
>>76766935
Normies literally don't care. They don't look at their own bodies, don't weigh themselves regularly. They only care about watching sportsball and shit
>>
>>76766935
I feed my wife 4500 calories a day because I'm in to fat bitches
>>

What does this have anything to do with the op

No one has answered ops question
>what do normies eat and drink to get so fat?
>>
>>76766935
Hypercaloric shit is cheap. People bulking intentionally are usually mantaining a protein ratio that makes it harder, sugarloppa on the other hand will never make you feel full.
>>

Normal food.
The people who have problems bulking are autists who think chicken-rice-broccoli goes from an extreme cutting diet to a bulking diet if you just eat enough of it.

it's so easy to not be fat and it takes so long to happen that i think there must be way more fat fetishists than people assume
>>
Once you hit 37 its easy to get fat
>>
The average person doesn't do any exercise at all.

Even just 100-200 calories of exercise per day spread out over the course of decades equals to you avoiding gaining 100lbs of fat
>>
If someone gets fat relatively quick its usually a mix between deterioration of social lifestyle and the resulting alcoholism
>>
>>76766935
there is nothing normal about these people
>>
>>76766942
Idk why
>>
It's not that hard to gain weight I think if you don't count calories, like, let's say you only eat excess of 300 calories a day, that's a difference of like 3 extra slices of bread here and there, or maybe an extra chunk of butter in your frying pan etc. Yet, with such minuscule difference, you would have gained extra +14kg over the entire year, and since the change happens so slowly, people get used to their slowly fatter body, and realize things too late. Idk tho I've never been fat in my life but it doesn't take many extra calories to gain weight.

one big factor is that not everyone has the same genetic profile, people respond differently to the same foods.
>>
>>76766998
lots of food. Usually the kind high in calories
>>
>>76770420
lol where do you retards come up with this shit.
How come people in Asia, Africa and India dont have this genetic variation where certain foods makes one person obese but not the rest of them?
>>
>>76766935

People drink a lot of calories. A lot more than they realize. You have a large iced coffee for breakfast, a few cokes lunch/dinner, and then close out the day with 4-5 beers and you've probably drank almost 1k calories.

Cooking good tasty food is, and it doesn't help the work culture in the US is bullshit. When I get home, I don't wanna cook unless it's something special and I am looking forward to. It also doesn't help that like 75% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck so their finances are kinda fucked cus of the bullshit debt-based economy. You can cook some really healthy tasty food, but if your single (which looks to be the future norm) you don't wanna cook after work.
>working out for fatties/normies seems hard, worried about getting made fun of a la DYEL memes
Blame gyms and especially the recent gym culture of recording some rando normie exercising and then belittling them online as some whore shakes her ass on camera, or some wannabe chad faggot trying to act tough.

cooking at home is a better financial and health decision than ordering takeout/doordash every day. folks are buying chipotle through klarna and making payments on pizzas, that's wildly irresponsible compared to just buying some ingredients at a store

anorexic gays who vomit on 'accident' when they eat too much food struggle like that

I gained like 50 pounds in a few months. My doctor might say something the next time I see her.

Yeah, it's extremely retarded, but it's almost incentivized. When I used to work quadruple 12 hour shifts, I sure as shit didn't wanna cook when I got home.
