I had a hernia for 12 years and got it fixed this year. First few weeks were rough but easily one of the best decisions of my life to get it fixed. Don’t be like me, if you get a hernia just get it fixed.

my grandfather had one, and he just got it randomly, never lifted weights, never lifted anything heavy, he just randomly had one happen one day
