What do you guys do to fill the time when you're sick? I've had a gnarly respiratory infection that's kept me out of the gym for about 6 days now and I'm starting to go crazy. My muscles feel like they physically "itch" in a way that they want to lift, but I haven't been able to do much more than walk outside for the last few days.I've burned through games, finished 2 books, eaten way too much food, done all the house chores, and tried to sleep some time off. What else can I do to keep my mind off of lifting for a few more days while I recover?
i just drink a bunch of honey flower tea. buy instant flower tea from the supermarket then pour addtional honey into them
