Completely disingenuous and outright lying about some aspects. The food claimed alone wouldn't be enough to make the physical changes seen in the experiment, Casey was regaining muscle, and I can almost for sure guarantee he roided during the experiment. I don't doubt the training claims but the other factors clearly make this a bunk case study
