Pull-Ups, 3 x 5 (aka failure)
Bent over DB row 3 x 12 (20kg per db)
shrugs 1 x 16 (20kg per db)
Tricep Dips 3 x 12
lateral raise 2 x 15 (12kg db)
Leg raises 2 x 12
>>
>>76772442
There’s no way you are correctly performing lateral raises with 12kg if all the other numbers are accurate. You should be using about half of that weight.
>>
>>76772454
Hm, I'm pretty sure I do them correctly, I guess my ROM isn't THAT ample
I get just below parallel
I could get better ROM with a lighter weight sure but I don't know if that's worth it

You’re so DYEL that you shouldn’t even be doing that exercise. I do strict barbell OHP at 145lbs for sets of 8-10 and I do lateral raises with 15lb dumbbells. I can absolutely guarantee that you’re using momentum and your traps to complete the reps
>>
>>76772486
Also: that might be one of the absolute shittiest routines I’ve ever seen. Why are you doing that and where did you get the idea for this routine from?
>>
>>76772500
I slightly modified the min-max program from jeff nippard for at-home-usage, it seems well regarded, and I do want to keep my trainings within the 1 hour mark

>>76772497
Hmmmmmmmm
I won't hide how much of a retarted DYEL I am, but I did just try with 6kg db as you said
With those I can easily clear parallel, but it's defineetly a bit easy even with 15 reps. Am I using other muscles to help? I don't fucking know, but it doesn't feel like it I think... and most videos I saw on youtube said that parallel or slightly below is about fine for this exercise

I usee to add more information but you wouldnt care if i did
