If you've been skinny fat for your whole, is it retarded to be expecting good results within a year like pic related. I feel like it takes years to unfuck nightmare physique but maybe I'm too lazy idk.
>Skinny fat
>>767695131 that's not skinny fat2 it will take years, get used to it
>>76769543>2 it will take years, get used to itI guess I'm doing something right. Currently coping with 20kg pull-ups/dips. Started with not being to able to pull myself to the bar. It's only been a year but I still look skinny fat though with more tricep and lat definition. Do you reckon that 4 years would be enough to unfuck the skinny-fat curse? Idk how much damage I've caused to my body by not being physically active for 20 years (I'm in my 20s).
>>76769513looks like that dude from the beatles when skinnyfat
>>76769564It took me about 4 years too, and I also started out late 20s skinnyfat. Just be consistent and don't make lifting your life. Good habits won't fail you but reading up on lifting or watching videos all the time will fuck with your head. Also try negatives without weight if you're having trouble with pull-ups. There's no shame in learning.
>>76769580My max was 20 (now I do 16) BW pull ups but I lose form on my last reps. I start to kip and shit. Tried going muscle ups, as well, with leg drive. Is there any point in doing negatives at such stage?
>>76769513First pic is just skinny. I can nearly see his fuckin ribs. If he's been training hard, eating in a surplus, getting his sleep in, and eating plenty of protein, it would explain those results in a year because he has only a little bit of bodyfat so every pound of muscle gained shows
>>76769624Oh shit my bad I thought you mean you needed 20kg assistance for pull-ups lmao. So you probably have a great base already, just don't get too fat and understand that it takes a while to escape this mode. Just be patient and keep going
>>76769513You can definitely make that progress within a year, but only with perfect diet and routine, which people only learn how to optimize with over a year of lifting experience. Just start lifting and learn how everything works and there is a 99% chance you will look good by the end of year 2.
>>76769866Checked. Currently staying 79kg at 185cm and my goal would be to reach 90kg then do a cut. I think it's doable do it in 2 years. Hard to eat that much for me desu.
