I completed my first leg day ever yesterday and the memes are true.
My legs felt okay at first, but today they feel sore and like mush lol, is this how old people feel? lol

If you want to make it all a little more challenging, do 80min cardio before the leg workout, 80 min a few hours after.

The soreness from squats was always the worst for me, the first time the pain didn't peak until like day three then took over a week for it to subside, and I could barely walk up the stairs. It's also the area that starts to burn like hell way before failure. I've always carried a lot of muscle in my thighs naturally and have long legs so squats probably aren't suited to me.

Trvth nuke. The best antidote to leg DOMS is to do a heavy double or triple on squats. Re-exposing them to the stimulus makes the DOMS go away.

If you do a lift 2x+ a week you stop getting really sore within a month.
