Though I've never seen somebody doing reps, I have seen ONE dude achieving LMAO3PL8 at benching.
He was a big fatass and I assume he was natty.

How tall and heavy?

I have hit 305 before. I failed it the other day though. Did hit 295 for a paused rep. I think I can get it eventually. Might take some specific training. 6ft 200lb training 10 years.

If you bulk up you an easily achieve it.

I've hit 385 for a 1rm, 315 for 10.
Natty, 5'9", sitting around 230lbs and a bit chubby right now. 29 years old, dicking around with weights since I was 12, semi-serious training since 18. Anyone who says it can't be done is retarded and lazy. I will hit 405 by the end of the year, and continue mogging the weak roidtrannies who need Tren to bench lmao2pl8

If I ever hit 275lb bench I'm just going to roid up to a 315lb bench, then slowly decrease my dose as to not lose my gains. You should do it.

It doesnt matter because you'll never put in the work. If you really wanted it, you'd already be lifting and not worried about some arbitrary timeline.
If someone does tell you a timeframe you find acceptable, you'll go the gym then quit in a few months when you see no progress and then go back to making "how to achieve" threads with a pic of Gooky the anime character waiting for someone to "redpill" you on how to get jacked without doing anything. loser

To me bodybuilding vs powerlifting is strength peaking. Powerlifters maintain low weekly muscle fatigue at the expense of theoretical maxes given proper rest and recovery.

I look like I bench 4pl8s for reps but I struggle with 245 for more than 5 deep af into training, 1rm Calc while this beat is 340, so I can definitely 1rm 3pl8s and maybe 4pl8s if I properly rested. Want some coaching on how I got my physique? All I've done for the last 2yrs is browse fitness media and lift, I honestly didn't think I'd have this high of a genetic ceiling yrs ago as I was a straight up twig. I mean I'd say my technique programming and diet is elite I put on legit size weekly now compared to shit physique progress for 1.5yrs but I'm not some 6pl8 bench monster yet.

I went from 225x1(actual)-315(1rm calc) in under a year spamming bench 3-4x/wk with 1 or 2 1-2wk deloads way before you could find much technique advice here consistently.

I would definitely do more narrow elbows in arched before fatigued to still work heavy and do odd wide grips flatback etc, and keep humerus thing and socket above shoulder joint so under load it doesn't pinch between bone. Like twist in and forward shrug and keep it in brace for most work especially if mostly freeweights. Also reverse grip work is nice and to have a lifting week for bench then work on other shit to get it stronger asap. You don't wanna do only bottom row ego reps you won't even get hypertrophy in before shoulder pain, I'm insanely tall so it's way harder for me to manage tendon pain due to longer levers and absolute shearing torque.
