The arm I don't fap with is much weaker than the arm I fap with.This is fucking me up a lot at the gym, I've been trying to work out solely that arm for a while but its somehow still fucked up and ruins my lifts because I always topple towards one side of my body
use dumbbells instead of a barbell for a bit so the strong arm can't compensate for the weak one. don't use different weights, find the heaviest weight your weak arm can work with and use that for both. might take a few weeks but will work

>>76771165Back in my early teens, I used to do meme exercises in a single member to see if it'd give me results when compared to the other one. I remember having a calf way bigger and stronger than the other because of that. Nowadays they're pretty much the same though.
