> Adjustable Dumbbells
> Weighted calisthenics (including backpacks with books/water bottles)
> Rings + sandbags

For me, SLDLs + one leg nordic curl variation (the one where you do bend at the waist).

For people with no equipment, nothing beats nordic curl variations but also shit like feet slides while in a hip bridge position on the floor. Put your feet on some shit that slides and do leg curls like that. Kinda wonky but can work
