I love curls. For some reason my body doesn't react much to any other lift except curls.

The other day someone said my arms look like legs, yet the rest of me is skinnyfat

For me it's the concentration curl. Nothing beats it, nothing displays raw curling power like concentration curls, there's no body english, no copes. You either curl that or you don't. Not to say it's the best form for biceps

I just can't move the weight of it gets too heavy. Even at my max I barely feel presses in my chest, my arms go hard though
