aside from korea and japan, the rest of asia is shit-hole. as far as gym culture goes, japanese gyms are too basic and not appealing. korea on the other hand has multiple official panatta, prime, hammer strength, and other luxury gyms with $2-4 million dollar worth of equipment filled with semi-fuckable fit girls.
