My FFMI is 27.9 because I'm fat. How can I keep this without being fat?

You need to cut while maintaining the same calorie intake

To go from ffmi 29-31 while dropping bf%, I increased frequency while maintaining intensity and only dropping volume when I was legitimately unable due to pain our time

I was running a similar split to arnues blueprint to mass but I'd run from the heaviest lift down
Upper compounds:
Bench 8x5ish to failure
Bb row 3x5
Bench 4x7
Chins 4x6-8
Chest accessory trash volume
Pullups sets of 12 ish

Upper vanity
Heavy curls 7x5
Heavy skull crushers
5x5
Bicep
Tricep
Maybe round 3
Shoulder flues sets of 12-18

Legs
Squat heavy
Deadlift one top set 1-6
Squat light
Hip thrusts
Abs

I added Liss cardio right after UC and legs and at night after legs and UC

Then I went from 6 days to 6 double days
AB, CA,BC,AB,CA,BC,x
Then I did all the lifts every day with cardio after lifting and before bed

I was eating over 4000 calories a day and dropped from 15ish%bf to <8 in 2 months time while increasing ffmi

The magic trick is that you have to take 2 days off before your competition day for your hormones to rebound and then you wake up joooooooocy

It doesnt matter because you'll never put in the work. If you really wanted it, you'd already be lifting and not worried about some arbitrary timeline.
If someone does tell you a timeframe you find acceptable, you'll go the gym then quit in a few months when you see no progress and then go back to making "how to achieve" threads with a pic of Gooky the anime character waiting for someone to "redpill" you on how to get jacked without doing anything. loser
