As always with these threads it depends on the cut of meat
Beef rounds and loins are fairly lean, with eye of round (although I fucking hate cooking with it) being almost on par with chicken breast
Why don't you ask AI what the highest protein content per kilo is by cut instead of making this dogshit bait thread
