>that guy who is ripped without ever tracking a single caloriehow the fuck?the moment i stop tracking my calorie intake i get fat
literally me>t. been 66kg 5'7 with abs since school, dont track what i eat
>>76774602I'm 5'7 90kg and the lowest ive been is when i tracked my calories and managed to get "ok lean" at 75kg. I needed to cut another 5-7kg off from there to be ripped/shredded.But the moment I stopped tracking calorie at 75kg i immediately rubber-banded back to 90kg
>>76774597>how the fuck?Have you tried not being a brainlet?CICOfags are truly the worst. I didn't think we could fuck up more than keto or veganism, but you guys did it effortlessly. In other words, just eat what he eats. Do what the winners do. Forget science. Reality always wins. The Germans call this the "Normative Kraft des Faktischen" (the normative power of the factual), you nigger, which means that only real life results count in the end.
>>76774606CICO works for me though, thats the thing.Ive been lifting for over 10 years and the only time Ive been lean in the past 10 years is when I tracked my calorie intake every day like an autistic robot for 6 months. It took me from 90kg to 75kg to be "okay lean". Its when I stopped tracking my calories that I immediately rubber-banded back to 90kg within 2-3 months of eating normally without tracking and weighing.
Allways ripped, always with a six pack. Never count calories. It's easy. Get a hair analysis for eelements and fix imbalances. Prbbly you are deficinet in magnesium and have too much copper. Start taking vitamin d3 with all the cofactors (mag, boron, k2, etc.). D3 both promotes lipds that decrease the amoubt of fat you have, and inhobit myostatin.Eat only healthy wholefoods. Never eat anything that has ingridients you would never use while cooking and nothing that didin't exist a century ago. Seed oils at bare minimum. Lot's of satiating food like eggs, dairy, healthy meats, fish.Don't use a mouthwash and eat a lot of high in nitrates, low in oxalates (unless eating it with calcium rich foods) greens. That's all you need. Ih, and be active. If it's less than 10 min drive, you walk there.
>>76774597I just follow my mom and dad's advice.>Eat a balanced diet>Stay activeThat's literally it.
>>76774613It doesn't work in a long term, not sustainable. If you continued counting calories, you would go insane from hunger. A short term result doesn't mean anything. On the contrary, constant changes in your weight are worse for your health than just being fat. So you have damaged your health and starved yourself for absolutely nothing. Just a short period of time when you were lean... yea, ofc cico works
>>76774597>moment i stop tracking my calorie intake i get fatyoure eating the wrong foods. you wont get fat eating lean meats, conservative carbs, vegetables, fruits and some dairy/fat. youre eating out and buying garbage stop doing that
>>76774617>>76774619>>76774618Makes sense, thank you. I have always been active though.>>76774624I will admit when I was CICOing I was fitting in a lot of junk food into my daily intake, but it still got me to drop 15kg of pure fat from 90kg to 75kg. My strength was still good, my muscles were actually visible, I had separation between my body parts so I actually looked like I lifted weights. At 5'7 90kg I just look like a builtfat mess. But at 75kg I looked good. I wasn't shredded, but I looked okay lean.I guess I need to just learn to eat a healthier and "cleaner" diet, im already extremely active.
>>76774636>>76774636>I guess I need to just learn to eat a healthier and "cleaner" diet, im already extremely active.that's all it is. eggs, turkey, beef, chicken, potatoes, sweet potatoes, fish, tuna, carrots, broccoli, greek yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese, oatmeal, protein shakes, etc will keep you full and lean. the next step is learning good recipes youll enjoy eating, finding easy dishes to cook, and only having sweets or a cheat meal maybe once a week, nothing to gorge on just to have a bit of dessert once in a while.
>>76774617>Get a hair analysis for eelements and fix imbalances.>Start taking vitamin d3 with all the cofactors (mag, boron, k2, etc.).>Never eat anything that has ingridients you would never use while cooking and nothing that didin't exist a century ago.The irony
>>76774597genetics and your upbringing determine majority of your life. be it lifting, be it your career, be it you getting a gf or friends, it all depends on the cards you were dealt. you can't change your brain chemistry nor can you undo bad habits and customs you were brought up with.
>>76774597Improve your consumption habits.I used to be fat. Lost the weight AND changed my eating/drinking habits. I no longer eat sugary stuff and only drink water. Low carb is now normal for me. I no longer crave sweet stuff. Not even when going out for ice cream with friends. I just no longer need it.Don't have to track my calories anymore. Will not gain weight.Reprogram your brain to get off the slop addiction. Coke, sugar, fries, candy, ice cream, milkshakes it's all just low key drugs really.
>>76774758Not really. Now you don't drink water from the lake/river or a spring. You drink desalinated water with little to no magnesium of boron. You also eat food grown on depleted soils with all the microorgamisms (without which plants can't absorb elements) killed by chemicals. You don't spend days working outside. You also don't bath in the lakes or rivers (we are incredibly good at absorbing elements like magnesium with our skin. Thus epson salt baths is the only way you can overdose on magnesium)And you don't add them to food. You supplement them. Only what you need.P.s.: a good advice would be to add potassium chlorine to your table salt. 2/3 nacl and 1/3 kcl. In the past people were using ash as a salt. Now we switched to a sodium. Without enough potassium your muscle cells in the arteries turn into bone cells. Adding Kcl will reverse this. Don't use potassium as a stand alone supplement in high doses as this can fuck you up. You need it with food in regular amounts. Alternatively just eat more potatoes, tomato, bananas, etc.
>>76775068and yet people live until 85-100 today almost as if ur ancientology shit is bullshit
>>76774597Crack.
>>76774602>66kgDyel as Fuck
>>76774597Post fridge.
>>76775086Nit many people live that long and mostly they are on a life support since they are 60. Without modern medicine the average life expectancy would be 60 year max. While in the past if someone survived childhood (especially the first year), they would live till their 80s without any need for a doctor. Many ancient greeks died in their 90s, without any modern medicine, without any shit like diabetes. While now we have populations like india with 1/3 of people havibg diabetes.Just take any modern drugs from the usa and life expectancy will decrease to 45yo.
>>76774597Can't keep track of calories if you don't take any in tubby, XD
>>76774597Everyone itt is giving you retarded answers. The way it works is that if you never get fat in the first place, you have a smaller appetite for the rest of your life. >but anon, how do people get fat then?By eating lots for other reasons than hunger. Parents make them clear their plate when they're kids, they eat out of boredom etc.
>>76774597It's a combination of your habits, genetics and age. Most people flexing about being shredded ITT are probably skinny as fuck or simply skinnyfat with a delusion of grandeur + they're kids. For some people it takes years to build up eating habits that will make them fat by default, but eating is pleasant, so it happens naturally. Your regular TDEE drops massively towards the end of your 20s too. You need to rethink and rebuild your eating habits and it's always harder to normalize eating less than eating more, unless you are a rare breed who hates eating.
>>76774597stop eating slop, what's so hard to understand?counting calories is literally an unnecessary process so that you can keep sneaking in snickers into your diet
>>76774613You're not supposed to "eat normally." The reduced calories from counting calories ARE your new normal. I lost 75lbs about 8 years ago and kept it off because I continue to eat at the reduced diet. Allow me to translate this for you:>I stopped tracking my calories that I immediately rubber-banded back to 90kg within 2-3 months of eating normally without tracking and weighing>I increased the amount of food I was eating and gained weightDoes that make more sense?
>>76775904It's not just slop. You can get fat eating whole foods too. Go eat three large servings of steak and potatoes every day without counting your calories and watch what happens. But wait,>steak is slop you should eat chicken breast>potatoes are carbs, and thus slopYou'll no-true-scotsman your way to calling all food unhealthy rather than just admit the basic fact, you get fat from eating too much and lose weight from eating too little. If you want to lose weight, just put down the fork.
Some people just dont enjoy food it feels like a chore to them and skip many meals
>>76776441Can you find at least a single person who got fat by eating steak and potatoes? And no, esting just that isn't healthy. You need a balanced diet.
naturally high test. he also masturbates 5 times a day
>>76777699Fat people in the countryside in the first half of the 20th century or earlier. There weren't that many of them and they weren't Walmart hamplanet tier, but they existed.
