I started doing a little ten minute stretching routine in the mornings a few months ago, and it's done wonders. I don't get stiff, moving is a lot easier, it's really made a difference.

But now I want to kick it up a notch, do like 20-30 minutes of yoga or stretching focused on building up my flexibility. Does anybody have any good recommendations of, like, Youtube channels or something that has good routines in that vein I can follow?

Max Shank's 5 minute flows are good.

I was about to post a similar thread. Same burning question as OP: what are some good stretching routines and exercises/progressions? I could squeeze in about 20-40 minutes everyday for a warm up and some stretches.

best would be some kind of "do along" youtube but where he rly stretches and not gives lectures

Learn to do sun salutations for the morning and moon salutations for the night, pay attention on when to inhale and exhale.
