If anyone genuinely wants to know, judging by the texture/pannus, most likely lipedema. Men can indeed get it, sadly. Diseased nodular fat is different from normal fat and will not go away no matter how much you starve or work out. Only option is shit like liposuction and a panniculectomy. Good news is that depending on insurance it can be covered because it's to treat a disease, not purely cosmetic.

Loose skin looks different. There's too much fat under it here

I think fat is different for people who got fat as an adult vs someone who has been fat since a child. I see people who loae weight who tighten right back up and people who lose weight that look like they have melted. Its an interesting phenomenon

I was gigafat from age 6 - 25 (peaked around ~450lbs 6' 3", now 205lbs 15% bf) and I have some loose skin that hangs an inch or so around my waistline and thighs, but its nowhere near the candle abortions I see posted on here. Its just genetic I think, and you won't know it until it happens to you, the same way you won't know you're a genetic DYEL until you pick up a barbell.

How do you prevent/revert loose skin? I did cardio and lifting and dropped about 100lbs from 270 and had a small bit of loose stomach skin under the belly button, I ballooned back up 50lbs and don't want to look like I'm wearing a tshirt while naked when I commit again.
