Benefits of it?>Mental>Physical>Spiritual
MENA/muslim countries are mostly vegetarianEveryone their is sickly and malnourished and has constant gut issues, people are either fat skinnyfat or emaciated, rarely any in-betweens (normal skinny build or stocky build, ommiting gymcels). The average person there is 5' something and weak. Both their body and mind are weak and they cant organize effectively within themselves or think for themselves past the dogmas that have been imposed on themAsk yourself a question do you want to look like the average arab
>>76776594Retardation and weakness. Humans are apex predators on this planet. We hunted down Megafauna and ate their corpses to build modern world. If we were weak faggot vegetarians, we would go extinct pretty quickly. Vegans are subhumans that have no place among actual Humanity.
>>76776617Veganism is different from Vegetarianism.
>>76776605What about a semi vegetarian diet like pescatarianism?
>>76776594>>Mental0>>Physical0>>Spiritualprobably 0
>>76776633Enjoy your heavy metals and plastics in your bloodstream. Fish these days is one of the most toxic foods you can possibly eat.
>>76776633>pescatarianismis that another offshoot of anglicanism?
>>76776633I cant speak about those since mena are vegetarian and i'm from the region. Asians seem to do good in that regard but they apparently also eat a lot of pork Vegetarianism is like slightly better veganism at the end you're still slashing through your guts and overall health. It's not even a quality of crops or abundance issue, the diet is simply revolting and sickening and the few people that consume meat regularly healthy are way healthier
>>76776635As long as I moderate myself, I should be fine.>>76776639No? You mean presbyterian?>>76776642Than explain why vegetarianism is associated with those people that live past 100?
>>76776658None of the people that lived past 100 were srtictly vegetarian if you look into it they always are heavy on dairy and other animal products like eggs and offal Again google a picture of some mena country streets, ask yourself if you want to look like any of those people and report back
>>76776666I think the best diet would be pescatarian.
>>76776671That's fair, fish is mostly nutritionally dense and you can complement it with fruits and some eggs and offal and minimal veggies on the side Almost anything that's not a carbohydrate dense diet is good for you
>>76776686Beans.I would probably give up dairy & eggs.
no noootrients
>>76776594You can get plently of protein from low fat yogurt/cheese and all the carbs from the legumes/grains will give you a ton of energy. Like any diet, if you can stick to it, cook for yourself and eat whole foods instead of junk you'll be better off than most people.
>>76776594Where do you get the rest of your essential amino acids?
>>76777771yep need those for neurotransmittersthat's why fish is known as 'brain food' its loaded with the stuff for NTs
>>76776666Yeah, and most of those people ate a ton of pastries and candy and smoked regularly. I guess that means that in order to live past 100 You have to do those things.
I just couldn't stomach the ethics of it. I don't care what you do, I never preach about this, diet is a personal choice and I have plenty of friends and family that eat meat. I just can't do it. I saw a video on youtube on how they sort chicks on a large conveyor belt where a bunch of workers lifts those tiny yellow balls up and checks their sexes, chickens move on hens get dropped into a grinder because it doesn't make sense economically to keep them. I can bench lmao2pl8, so strength is not a worry. I just have to be more aware of protein for sure. I sometimes envy people that can just eat a slap of chicken and get a huge amount (high quality) protein for very little calories. >cottage cheese>skyr>eggs>whey>some sort of beanI eat this almost every single day and I hit 180-200 grams of protein, only downside is that it does get kind of samey. But at least I'm immune to the meat prices so that's a plus. I know it's a cliché but I truely think a lot more people would be vegetarian if they had to kill their own dinner, I just know I couldn't and if you could I actually respect that. And I know the milk industry is kind of fucked too, and I consume a shit ton of dairy, but i dont think i could ever go vegan. So for me it's purely an ethics thing these days. I've been vegetarian for +10 years. Now, if you do enjoy meat and can live with the ethics of it. I'd say try and intruduce some beans to "stretch" your meat - for economical reasons. You can absolutely sneak in vegetables in your dishes, to make them healthier and cheaper. Also fiber is real good for you, so there's that. Also one last random thing. I geniunely think about the dilemma all the time if I ever have children. I don't want to force them to be vegetarian necessarily, but I'm not a huge fan of feeding them meat either. I want that to be their own moral choice, but what the hell do I feed them for 18 years. Sorry for the rambling.

>>76776594When people think of vegetarian they usually picture fake meat and tofu. They really screwed their image.
