The links arent working from the sticky.Whats a good starting guide or tutorials for Calisthenics starting out? Not sure what to exactly trust anymore since too many people make guides for money on youtube and shit.
>>76776899for calisthenics, look into starting strength combined with GOMAD diet. \after about a year of starting strength, switch to 5/3/1 boring but big.after about 2 years, stop GOMAD
>>76776899For no equipment look into Get strong by the Kavadlo Brothers or Convict conditioning. If you want to get rings, then get the book Rings of power by Mike Gillette. He doesn't really show a progression as much as showing the possibilities you have with the rings. If you want something more hardcore you can look into overcoming gravity by Steven Low.I personally do a simple upper body rings day (this includes arms), a dedicated dumbbell arm day and a dumbbell leg day following Rings of power instruction and it's working great. You can also do a normal bro split with rings, but legs should probably get their own weight day. I tried plyometrics and that was working find but I suspect that busted my knees.
>>76776978>>76776912thanks ill look into these. Ive only done it for a few weeks now and its pretty brutal. I do the absolute most I can which isnt much. Best ive done is about 25 push ups in 3 reps, im very out of shape. Ill check this stuff out and in a few months ill look for a personal trainer for a month or so just to get my form and a more rigid workout. Plenty of gyms focusing on this exact thing where I live.
>>76776978btw what is this called here, the bar thing hes using. Thats something I could get immediately. Dont think a pullup bar is something I could utilize yet, maybe in a few months which works great for me honestly.
>>76776899r/bodyweightfitness wiki - Recommended Routine is what I would do if you aren’t at the point where you can bust out sets of pushups and pullups
>>76777065ty as well. Yeah anything for just starting out, I plan on getting some temp coaching in 2-4 months and get a real plan and guidance so something like that is exactly what I need as well.

My routine is better but it's not public, cannot share.
