What's your go-to cheap bulk? When you've already hit your protein goals and you just need to pack on calories before bed without fucking your stomach up. Help me find something better than pic rel.

Dry beans are cheap are shit. Find a container and let them soak overnight. Rice is a great filler and goes with everything. You need to do a clean bulk because it makes cutting easier and the results are better in the end.

I drink 16oz of milk without thinking about it like 5x a day. if you work it into your routine you won't have "leftover calories" to force down/ and you'll save money on protein

I used to be a twink skinny ape with no apetite. But when I started actually lifting, my apetite skyrocketed so much, that I have to restrain myself to not pig out and get fat. And I don't even eat garbage food, my diet is 90% clean.
