Thoughts on Mounjaro for fatties?
>>
>>76777075
it makes 4chan dyels fly into rages never before seen, so its pretty fucking cool in that regard.
>>
Going to 5mg next week. Been on 2.5 for two months but I've heard the difference is very significant.
>>
>>76777075
tirzepatide works, you can cut a lot of weight very quickly with it. i don't care if fatties lose weight by some wonder-drug or through sheer willpower and an aggressive diet/exercise program.
>>
>>76777075
I'm not a fat ass so I have no idea what this shit is. I assume its a pharma jew trick designed to seperate fat tards from their money while poisoning them.
>>
>>76777075
It's based, I'm going to take it for the rest of my life. Perfect metabolic health in a weekly injection.

only one of those methods doesn't have a rebound effect
>>
>>76777380
all diets have a rebound effect. Most people who diet put it all back on within a few months or so unless they permanently change their habits.

willpower does not
>>
>>76777075
If it means less fat bitches in this world I can't hate it. God knows they're not going to diet and exercise.
>>
Mounjaro is so expensive because they know that if I was skinny I'd be too powerful.
>>
>>76777414
if you had such awesome willpower you'd never need to diet in the first place you useless piece of shit
>>
>>76777627
It's the mountains we climb that give the will its' power, not the peaks we're born onto.
>>
>>76777075
I am using it and it worked pretty well. Stopped all binging altogether. Plus it makes /fit/ angry because fatties are now becoming thin.
>>
>>76777408
And pretty much no one can permanently change habits because all it takes is one bad day.

Just take FGF21, it rewires your brain to not be addicted to food lel
>>
>>76777687
Oh did a phase 3 clinical trial show this or is it just based on cell culture studies and some redditor claiming it permanently shut down his hunger 3 hours after injecting it (he never posted again)?
>>
>>76777692
Studies on rats and primates, in humans we see addiction correlated with higher FGF21 blood levels

So no actual interventions have confirmed that effect, got it. So why do you recommend that over something that actually works?
>>
>>76777706
>Why did you suggest a phase-3 drug over a 20+ years approved family of drugs for which we can backdate off-label uses?
Retarded question desu
>>
>>76777712
But GLP1 have been around for 20 years?
>>
>>76777724
Yes anon, they have, which has given it plenty of time to be used off-label and accumulate a wealth of data suggesting it may help with addiction

Why would you want to shut down your hunger if you want to build muscle? Are these retards on an eternal cut or something?

This thread is for people who are struggling to lose weight, not the eternal skelly who complains about how he eats all day but never gains weight and when you observe him all you see is him slurping cum for nutrition.

tirz is quite nice. at least for me it reduces water retention like crazy, like on the 7 day cycle of just 2.5mg, I have the least weight consistently on day 3 and gain towards the trough.
>>
>>76778229
yes americans are waking up sadly.

tirz is great, but if you use it without changing your habits, working out and changing your entire life basically it's worthless because you'll regain all the weight. in the studies, the people who regain the weight typically didn't change anything about their lives and I sincerely doubt they were tracking their nutrition.

ive used it for two months now, and that + training and changing my relationship to food has netted me a 30lb weight loss in about 3.5 months. it's insanely based and i plan to stay on it for a long ass time primarily because it has other crazy benefits.

>tirz is great, but if you use it without changing your habits, working out and changing your entire life basically it's worthless because you'll regain all the weight.
Man let's be honest here. You will either be on GLP1 forever or you'll gain your weight. It doesn't matter whether you've established a gym routine, took your food to pair therapy or count calories - a single stressful event in your life will undo ALL your progress. MJ intercepts that because even when stressed and sleep-deprived you won't be able to eat as much.

t. quit the gym after starting MJ, still lost 25kg, fuck everything natural

It's whatever, the sad part is you regain all the weight once you stop so I doubt it'll have any effect on the obesity rates. I'm sure this will only increase the cost of healthcare as fatties will rely on it for life and broke fatties will be jealous and start voting for subsidized healthcare since they can't put a cheeseburger down.

If you're American, you can get it from Eli Lilly Direct for $399 per month. Or just buy peptides.

Not everyone is a poorfag and the patent expires in the late 2030s. If you're a poorfag, buy gray market peptides for like $50 a month.

I always kek in these threads because it's basically normal anons trying to argue with paid pharmaceutical shills. The ozempic defense force on /fit/ makes no sense anyway. It's not a drug for getting strong so the people who need and use it aren't lifting anyway.
>Hurrr shills never post on 4chan
Have a relative who works for a certain type of property corporation on the security team. Don't want to say what kind because even that will probably ping. They constantly have at least one person with /pol/ up looking for "Intel" (yes. Fucking REALLY). They have entire programs that skim places like this for certain key words so they can get in the thread and monitor. While they barely post, they do sometimes. If you think the pharmaceutical industry has less incentive to be here and less funding than the type of security I'm talking about, you're shitting yourself.

quit projecting. changing habits and lifestyle is possible but it takes immense humbling and, while I know this term is a meme now, actual self care and self importance. if you don't manage your emotions well this is likely, but it's absolutely necessary to change your relationship to stress too. I do that as well and I have already seen how I was wrong to manage my feelings with food. granted it aint perfect and I understand your point, but it's really all about creating endurace at all levels. if you can't do that, don't get on tirz or eventual reta.
>>

Bro 40% of Americans have an obese BMI and 65% are fat according to fat mass calculations.
>changing habits and lifestyle is possible but it takes immense humbling and, while I know this term is a meme now, actual self care and self importance.
Are you like 12 or something? It doesn't work like that. At the very least not for the overwhelming majority of people. So it's not a solution but rather a worthless ideal.
>if you don't manage your emotions well this is likely, but it's absolutely necessary to change your relationship to stress too.
Bro just be superhuman. Just don't have emotions bro.
>I do that as well and I have already seen how I was wrong to manage my feelings with food.
How long have you been doing that now? 4 weeks? Maybe that appears like a super long time when you're a fucking kid but studies and the real world have consistedly shown that people always regain their weight and some.
>if you can't do that, don't get on tirz or eventual reta.
Or get on GLP1, enjoy your life as a thin/normal person while self-hating retards yo-yo from one diet to the next and tell themselves it's all about willpower lmao.
>>
>>76778720
if you're actually interested in a discussion here:
>40% americans
yes I know, americans are sadly bombarded with slop all day long, it's fucking sad and it's been shown that ultra processed food fuck you up and get you addicted to eating.
>doesn't work like that
you'd be surprised, most people are totally unwilling or lack the critical thinking skills to accept that they are emotionally unregulated, and have a very low actual self image. if you're interested in "improving" and not getting better you're ngmi
>just be superhuman
it's not superhuman to be able to understand the difference between thoughts and feelings. thoughts aren't facts and they generate feelings.
>how long
a year of working on emotional regulation, and 5 months of lift/diet + 2 months on tirz. I started tirz because the food noise was insane (all I thought about was food, despite being in a solid deficit and being super consistent with training and diet). read the studies and you'll see that it's not something that accounts for all sorts of confounding factors that I am speaking about. I agree with you that most people regain and then some, this is just a material fact, but there are people who keep the weight off and surprise surprise, they changed their life habits forever.
>enjoy life
I don't think this is a bad thing, I think for normal people who don't life it's more than fine and I encourage it. what I'm talking about are people who want to actually change and work on their physique and mental relationship to food. tirz is a cheat code but it's extremely important to do other kinds of training etc (at least in the US) because of the super sedentary lifestyle.
>>
>>76777408
Diet is what you eat every single day forever. That's what they don't understand. They think it's a temporary weight loss tool, not a restructuring of your life forever.

>>76777075
I'm fine with it. Is my preference people.losing weight normally with will power? Yea, but whatever gets humans not fat.

>>76778066
If you thinks skin color makes humans different you're genuinely retarded. We're all the same species. If we came together and lifted up the weak and stupid and poor the entire human race would be better. In 10,000 years there will be no countries, no races, none of that stupid shit. You're fighting a losing battle dumbass.

Some of the children on this board are exhausting.
>>
>>76778736
>you'd be surprised, most people are totally unwilling or lack the critical thinking skills to accept that they are emotionally unregulated, and have a very low actual self image. if you're interested in "improving" and not getting better you're ngmi
"Making it" means fulfilling goals, not adhering to the standards of some random on the internet. For most overweight/obese people, making it means losing fat mass, simple as.
>it's not superhuman to be able to understand the difference between thoughts and feelings. thoughts aren't facts and they generate feelings.
Feelings are an instrinsic part of being human. We don't have two brains for feelings and thought, only one.
>a year of working on emotional regulation, and 5 months of lift/diet + 2 months on tirz.
Why even bother using tirz if you've got it all figured out? You don't even need it, right?
>I started tirz because the food noise was insane
No anon, this is because your feelings got in the way. Now that you've totally mastered them, food noise should be non-existent ;)
>but there are people who keep the weight off and surprise surprise, they changed their life habits forever.
There are Africans who went to Harvard and became scientists. Does this mean every African refugee is a doctor and engineer? Fuck no. I don't consider myself a special snowflake, just someone with some self-awareness.
>what I'm talking about are people who want to actually change and work on their physique and mental relationship to food.
Take tirz and hit the gym then. Add some creatine and you'll be good to go.
>>
>>76778739
>They think it's a temporary weight loss tool, not a restructuring of your life forever.
The medication is a permanent weight loss tool, provided you actually use it forever.
>>
>>76778749
you are incapable of proper reading comprehension or good faith argumentation. consider working on that and your own emotional regulation. therapy is cheap now.
>>
>>76778801
Therapy is a meme and so are you.
